Apartment Conversion

The design of the apartment expresses a modern design and creating an open plan kitchen & living space. It is a space of calm and serenity for re-energising and relaxing within. 

The interior is a stylised and dynamic clutter-free space that is a forward-thinking, contemporary luxury space that maximises spatial use, cutting edge design and technology. To define the bare spaces we conceptualised a black and white colour pallet as the base and being creative with textures, creating a feature panelled wall and LED recessed lighting around the ceiling to create a homely ambience. 

This project was designed by Falk Construction every step of the way, from restructuring inside the apartment by removing walls to furnishings and choosing the materials used throughout.
